Welcome and congratulations! I am Henriette. Welcoming a new baby into your home is a beautiful and transformative experience-and i am honored to be part of it.

My in-home newborn care services are designed to bring, calm comfort and confidence to your household during this special time-so you can bond, heal and recover with your baby.

In-Home Newborn Care Services

Overnight/Daytime and 24-hour In home care for the newborn by a Newborn Care Specialist, aka “Baby Nurse.”

The primary responsibility of the Newborn Care Specialist is taking care of your newborn and all the duties that pertain to the child, such as:

  • Feeding

  • Bathing

  • Dressing

  • Changing Diapers

  • Cleaning bottles, pumps, prepare new bottles and feeding newborn

  • Laundry ( 24/7 job only)

  • Sensory Play (4weeks – 6 months on 24/7 job only)

  • Maintain nightly and 24/7 log sheets that will track feeding times, ounces, diaper changes, etc.

  • Informing and teaching the parents where applicable

  • Training and creating a workable schedule where applicable

Virtual Newborn Care Support

Welcome to your safe, judgement- free space for personalized newborn support-right from the comfort of your home. As a virtual newborn care provider i offer practical guidance, emotional reassurance, and evidence based tips to help you navigate the early days of parenthood with confidence, peace and clarity.

Why Sleep Traning Matters

By 4 months of age, most infants are developmentally ready to begin building more consistent sleep patterns. Establishing these habits can lead to:

My approach focuses on teaching your baby the skills they need to fall asleep independantly and stay asleep, using methods that honor your family’s values and your baby’s unique temperament.

We begin with a detailed intake to understand your baby’s sleep enviroment, feeding schedule, temperant and existing sleep patterns. This allows me to tailor a plan that meets your baby’s specific needs.

Custom Sleep Plan

You’ll receive a step-by-step written plan designed for your child, including:

  • Bedtime routines

  • Nap schedules

  • Awake windows

  • Recommended sleep training method

  • Troubleshooting for common challenges

Gentle, Evidence-Based Methods

I offer a variety of sleep shaping and training techniques - from gradual, hands-on support to more structured approaches - allowing you to choose the method that feels right for your family.

Ongoing Support

You won’t be doing this alone. Support options include:

  • Check-ins

  • Real-time messaging

  • Phone or video consultations

This ensures you always have guidance, reassurance and expert adjustments as your baby learns new sleep skills.


When to Start Sleep Training

Your baby or child maybe ready if they:

  • 4 months or older

  • Can fall asleep with some assistance but struggle independantly

  • Take short or inconsistence naps

  • Wake multiple times overnight

If you are unsure whether your baby is ready, i am happy to help you assess. My goal is to help your baby or child develop healthy sleep habits while strengthening the trust and connection you share.
